We’ll help you to take off on your path to health and wellness with a training program that is personalized to your needs and abilities. As a new member, we start you off with two complimentary Welcome Workouts with a J Fitness Professional. The J Fitness Professional can help you design an initial workout program and set some goals. When you’re ready to take things to the next level, we recommend hiring a personal trainer for multiple one-on-one or small group sessions. With both one-on-one sessions and small group options, there are fun and affordable ways for everyone to achieve their health and wellness goals. And with the numerous, convenient amenities and trainers, you are guaranteed a safe, welcoming, and empowering experience.
