Small Group Training will provide an intimate environment in a small group setting (3-8 people) where you can excel and take your training to the next level. Training in a small group is one of the most affordable and accessible ways to train at a high level with personalized professional instruction. You will still benefit from world-class coaching, targeted programming to meet your personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your coaches and fellow group members. We invite you to join our community if you’re ready to have fun, work hard, meet new people, and embrace your inner athlete.

Outdoor Bootcamp - OM

Looking to get in the groove now that school is back on? Join us outside for some fun in the sun! In this boot camp we will be running circuits in the great outdoors and using sleds, tires, and even our own bodies to whip each other into shape in a dynamic way that changes week to week. Cardio Tennis - OM

Not your typical tennis lesson! This unique training is drill based to keep the heart rate up. A great cardio workout for beginning tennis athletes through tennis pros! Participants will have fun with minimal instruction, lots of drills, and games/ The class goes as follows: dynamic warm up, drills, games, and finishes with stretching. 4-Week Nutrition Challenge - OM

This four-week challenge that will focus on the quality of foods that we eat. We will focus on eating vegetables and meats, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. We will also focus on the quantity of the foods we eat by using a 3-compartment reusable container. The containers will control the amount of protein, vegetables, and starch at each meal. The number of meals will be determined by the athlete's size and goals. Info Session will occur a few days before class begings.

Tai Chi - PH

Tai Chi is gentle, focusing on fluid, circular movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo. Breathing is deep and slow, aiding concentration, relaxing the body and allowing the life force, or chi as it is known in Chinese, to flow throughout the body. Instructor: Kathy Reid, 15 weeks.
