Water Aerobics

Water aerobics are perfect for resistance training in the water — for toning, strengthening, and for an exhilarating cardiovascular workout. For beginning exercisers to seasoned athletes, for every age and fitness level, water aerobics are low impact, easy on the joints, and fun! For those adults who suffer from joint pain and are looking for a class that focuses on increasing their strength and flexibility we also offer Arthritis Foundation classes.

Deep Water Aerobics

Deep Water AquaFit - Join us for a 45 minute, non-impact, deep water fitness class that will increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. Participants will use flotation equipment and should be comfortable in deep water.

This low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise will enable you to really let loose without putting any extra pressure on your joints. The water creates a natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
